What are Elementals

Elementals are Sylphs (fairies) (air), undines (water),salamandars (fire) and gnomes (earth). That is their common name. Theyhave been part of the mythology of humanity since before written communication. They are very real and kind of spooky at times.

They exist from the time the Earth was formed, being completely part ofnature and requiring nature to live. The tree fairies (called Dryads)cannot live if their tree is destroyed. They can, however, transfer to anew tree when given time to do so IF we have to chop one down. But itbetter be for a good reason, since humanity has taken too many trees offthis planet and continues to do so.

One of the myths I remember reading from childhood was about Undines. Theyare called Sirens by some. They would lure sailors, and their boats, ontothe rocks with their singing.

Gnomes are not the funny little fellows with the peaked hats we see in ourgardens. The one brown man I met had a flat cap on and he was prettyannoyed with my mother and I because we were mucking around in 'their'territory as we installed a new garden on a once vacant block of land. Wecut down old fruit trees and put a garden over a natural energy line - andthey wanted the garden removed. I compromised with him, to the point ofarranging for the bobcat (a small tractor) to come out again and re-dig thesoil it had just laid to fill in the hollow ground. We laid 'agriculturalpipe' along the channel and that satisfied everyone. Looking back thewhole action seems silly but it worked. The garden, which had been dormantfor weeks, suddenly sprung into spring growth .. in the middle of winter. The rose bushes still more than triple their size every year .. I can attestto that as I dig a thorn from my hand .. again. :-) My mother pointed outone spiky monster which was more than 14 feet high .. its only supposed togrow to 4 1/2 feet. I left it at 12 feet after arguing with it just acouple of days ago. It likes being tall. :-)

As weird as that may sound, when thorns appear against your hand when youhave just put it back into the SAME empty space it was in a few minutes ago,you start to listen the plant says it doesn't like the haircut you aregiving it. And so I cut less and it didn't spike me again. When you workwith nature, it works with you. :-)

As for salamanders - I saw a photo on the internet a while ago of a sparkfrom the fire that looked like a dragonfly. It flew away in a controlledmanner, not just sparking off as they do. The person who took the photo wasbemused by what had happened. Salamanders look like lizards when manifest into a form we can see,and love pine trees (we have more than 8 over 20 feet tall around theoutside of the garden (back in 2008). They are fire elementals and dance in the flames. You can see them if you choose to watch a fire for a while. They are notpart of your imagination.

There are plenty of webpages on elementals but ignore the ones that saythese beings are friendly to humans, or cute and fluffy .. because theyaren't. They treat us like we treat them. Not always a good thought.

About the Elementals

Elementals - an experience

Every planet that was created for humanity reflects the energy of creationthrough the 'Mother' or nurturing energy of God. Without this nothing wouldgrow. Humanity, in its infinite and varied forms, requires an environmentthat feeds and sustains it. To that end God created the elemental beings, aspecies that is similar to humans in that it exists as both male and femaleenergy within groups and families that have a matriarchal focus, but theirunderstanding of their environment is far different from humanunderstanding, for it is more interactive with the flowing of the energy ofthe planet, and they cannot exist without it. The children of these groupsplay as human children do, and grow and learn, but they no longer interactwith humans and have become part of the myths and legends that come out ofour past. The forms that manifested on planet Terra, known to its humans asEarth, are elementals of Fire, Air, Earth and Water and stay within thesegroups.

They are extremely intelligent and know that they do not require Men tosurvive, but they share the planet with us, and allow us to 'be', even if wedo not treat them the same way. When Men destroy the environment we alsodestroy these beings, for they cannot exist without nature. Nor can Menexist without them for less intelligent forms of elementals function withinthe human body sustaining and repairing the damage we do to ourselves on adaily basis.

The Nature elementals I have experienced have not always been friendly withhumanity. They have no reason to be for we are the great destroyers of theirworld. We have no respect for their homes, the forests and the open plains, the rivers and the sea. We take what we want from the land and leave itbarren. We do not respect boundaries, nor even see them, and the elementalsbeing so small, do not always have the capacity to regenerate what we havedestroyed.

I met a beautiful elemental 'Mother' on some hilly land near Armidale, NSWAustralia owned by a client I will call Peter. This Mother had a group of'children' that she led. (All those in her family she called her children,no matter what ages they seemed to represent.) She felt ancient, she looked old and wise. She was not tiny as we imagine the fairies to be, she stood nearly four feettall, was long and thin and reedy and a soft shade of blue, both skin andhair which hung down over her whole body. She was clothed in cloth thatcould have been made from leaves, in various darker shades of blue, butleaves far bigger than any bush in the environment she lived in. She wasguardian of the hills and creeks on the land her family watched over. Theydid not have a concept for 'ownership', only for wardship, and she explainedto me, and P, that if we would accept their requirements the land wouldthrive.

One of the simple requests the 'Mother' made was to 'not take anythingliving'. There were plenty of fallen trees on the land, but one day quitesoon after we had contacted the elementals Peter decided to chop down onevery tall, straight and rather old tree - for firewood for next year. Itstill had leaves at the top of the trunk, but it was obviously dying. I wasvisiting the farm and we had only discussed the issue under the tree for afew minutes before we became aware of a great sense of displeasure. We wentto have some lunch at a house twelve kilometres from the farm and theawareness followed us, growing stronger and stronger. In the end we bothagreed to go back to the farm and there were brought to our knees.

At the farm we were split up in a simple way, I found that I could only goback to the centre in one direction, and he in another. The force on mychest nearly choked me when I chose to try and go in a different direction.I was taken to a spot I had named the Heart Circle because the energy therewas always gentle and loving. It was very close to the tree we haddiscussed taking down. Here I was reminded, psychically, of the agreementthat we had made with the elementals to only take fallen trees. I was askedif I was one of the many humans who did not honour their agreement with the'Land'? I was also reminded that since I can communicate with elementals, Ishould know better than to deny the agreement made. The Mother was veryvery angry, and rightly so, for it was only a week since Peter and I hadspoken to her the first time. The fact that I had argued vehemently withhim was worth nothing, I had 'agreed' with his taking the tree.

On the other side of the creek P was going through his own experience. He was filled with an intense sense of dread that frightened the livingdaylights out of him. He said he thought he was going to die. He was notallowed to move from that spot until the 'Mother' had finished her lectureto me, then moved cautiously down the hill and across the creek. I told himthe Mother was angry and disappointed that he would deny his agreement withher and take a living tree. He was frightened enough to change his mind. They had not offered us any harm, but had shown us that they are strongenough to enforce their choices when we agree to work with them. You cannotmake an agreement and then expect them to accept your change of mind. Theydo not understand any circumstances that are not in the best interest of theland and nature, and certainly do not accept your claim to ownership of anyof Mother Earth.

When you contact the elemental world you make an agreement with them torecognise that they are everywhere and in every part of nature. You cannotdo it to suit yourself, finding them in a park but not in your backyard, orin one tree but not in one you wish to chop down.

But the Mother is forgiving, as are all the elementals of Spirit, and ourrelationship returned to normal after a time, but not for long. One day Iwas told through a friend that Peter went back to the old ways and thenearly died when a huge branch of another tree fell on him when he wascutting it. Are we always so blind that we break agreements whenever itsuits us? Yes, that is history of Men with this world, and needs to change.
